Ship Registrations
Offshore Registration of Yachts and Vessels
It is mandatory to register a yacht in most countries of the world. Very rarely in a few countries, such as Ireland or England, you can sail a 20-meter yacht without any registration, whereas in other destinations a registration is already required to sail in the territorial waters of the country.
Ships in commercial use always to be registered. This includes yachts (charter) as well as cargo freighters or container ships. A suitable company structure enables owners to select low-cost locations worldwide by "flagging out" pricy destinations in Europe, saving considerably on fees and taxes.
We will help you in making decisions and will arrange a smooth registry worldwide.
