2. Share Capital

There's is no legally prescribed minimum capital for a Limited. The nominal capital of the Limited is only a forecast of an amount of which shares may be issued. Therefore it is fictitious and irrelevant. The nominal capital of Limited must not be awarded in full and there are also no requirements to pay in full.

Limited's to be formed usually with £ 1,000 to £ 5,000 (pounds sterling).
